Process-oriented approach
TM Concept AG adopts a process-oriented approach in developing, implementing, and improving the effectiveness of its quality management system to enhance customer satisfaction by meeting customer requirements. Understanding and managing all processes as a cohesive system contributes to the effectiveness and efficiency of the organization in achieving its intended results and improves overall performance. The process-oriented approach involves the systematic definition and control of all processes and their interactions so that the intended results are consistent with TM Concept AG's quality policy and strategic direction. The management of the processes and the system is based on the PDCA cycle, whose primary focus is on risk-based thinking to exploit opportunities and prevent undesirable outcomes. The PDCA cycle enables TM Concept AG to ensure that adequate resources are available for its processes, that the processes are controlled, and that opportunities for improvement are determined and acted upon.
